2. Acceptance of terms
By using our website or submitting an enrolment, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in a programme or use our Service. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Service description
rasmitez Tech provides part-time online educational programmes in AI ethics, responsible AI practice, and AI governance. All programmes are delivered online in English. We reserve the right to modify programme content, scheduling, or delivery format with reasonable notice.
Access to the learning platform is provided on enrolment and remains active for the duration of the programme plus a reasonable period for review of materials.
4. User accounts
To participate in a programme, you will be issued with access credentials for our learning platform. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure and must not share them with any other person.
We may suspend or terminate platform access where we have reason to believe credentials are being shared or misused.
5. User responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute programme content without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or credentials in any programme communication
- Submit written work that is not your own without appropriate attribution
- Engage in conduct in discussion threads that is harassing, abusive, or disruptive to other participants
- Attempt to access any part of the platform for which you are not authorised
We may remove a participant from a programme without refund if these responsibilities are not met.
6. Intellectual property
All programme content — including recorded sessions, written materials, exercises, and discussion prompts — is the intellectual property of rasmitez Tech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your personal study during and after the programme. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Written work you produce during a programme — reflections, discussion contributions, and project documents — remains your own. By submitting it through our platform, you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing feedback and administering the programme.
7. Payment terms
Programme fees are published on our website and quoted in Thai baht (฿). Fees must be paid in full before programme access is granted. We will confirm payment and issue access credentials by email.
Refund policy: If you withdraw from a programme before the start date, we will refund the full fee less any payment processing charges. If you withdraw within the first two weeks of a programme, we will refund 50% of the fee. No refund is available after the end of week two. If we cancel a programme, we will refund the full fee.
All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss payment arrangements.
8. Programme-specific terms
Completion and letter of completion: A letter of completion is issued to participants who complete all required weekly reflections and, where applicable, the applied project. We do not issue this letter to participants who withdraw before completing the programme, or who fail to submit the required work.
Academic integrity: Written reflections and project work must be your own. The use of AI-generated text submitted as your own reflection is not permitted. We expect written work to represent your own thinking, and tutors are able to identify work that does not.
Scheduling: Programmes run in cohort cycles. If you are unable to start in a given cohort, we will, where possible, offer a place in the next available cohort.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided for educational purposes. We do not represent that completion of a programme will produce any specific professional outcome, career advancement, or qualification recognised by any external body.
The content of our programmes reflects the current state of knowledge in the field at the time of writing. We update content regularly but do not warrant that it is always fully current.
Nothing in our programmes constitutes legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. If you require advice of that nature, you should seek it from a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you have paid for the programme in which the liability arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rasmitez Tech and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may withdraw from a programme at any time by writing to us. The refund terms in Section 7 apply.
We may remove a participant from a programme without refund if they have breached these terms, particularly Section 5 (user responsibilities). We will provide written notice of the reason in such cases.
Sections 6 (intellectual property), 9 (disclaimers), 10 (liability), 11 (indemnification), and 13 (disputes) survive termination of the Agreement.
13. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
14. General provisions
Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rasmitez Tech in relation to the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor business with notice to you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes by email and will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
